		<description>Underneath the different syntax of Objective C is some subtle difference in what it means to be object oriented as well.  Objective C took its ideas from the poster child of OOP, Smalltalk.

		<description>Maybe because they always seem to be bullshitting with another employee, they just forget to say something until you are already past them?  I get the same thing too.. and I wonder if it gets to them if you don't say hi back... I mean it IS their job, but my day would royally suck if all I did was say hi to people and have them give me the cold shoulder. :'(</description>

And not that there's anything wrong with developing your  people skills, but...why is shyness viewed as such a negative trait (in the world in general)?  I kind of like shy people.  They seem more human and down-to-earth and easier to talk to.</description>
